Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 10 days of in-store purchase WITH RECEIPT. Check payments must clear the bank before a refund can be made (60 days required). For online orders, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Customer must contact us via email within that 10-day window in order to start the return process. We do NOT accept unsolicited mail-in returns. A full refund will be issued for unopened, undamaged items. ALL opened and damaged items will be handled as an exchange at the time of return with a 25% restocking fee applied. The exchange must equal or exceed the dollar amount being returned. NO returns on special orders, pet food, refridgerated items, books, clearance items, light therapy products, gift baskets, discount bundles, weekly specials, and flash sales. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Online returns must be mailed back to the store (via USPS Priority Mail) at the customer's expense.
